Welcome, and congratulations on your decision to join musicLA. With this form you will be able to design your web page online and submit it immediately. You be contacted within two business days with your musicLA web address and total amount due, as well as instructions on where and how to send your photos, audio, video, payment, etc. Your page wil be posted as soon as the materials are received.

Now you are ready to design your page! A basic musicLA page (http://www.musicLA.com/your_name) includes up to 2 photos and audio clips (Option 1) or up to 4 photos and audio clips (Option 2), 300 words of text and links to your current email and website, if available. Please consult the RATES page for fees and options; to qualify for these rates you or your music-related busines must be located in Southern California (complete Custom Sites are also available; email for info).
Please check your entries carefully; once posted you cannot change them without extra charges. Custom items (additional photos, text, audio, video, etc.) can be added at the bottom of the form.
